Ms. Wang, the plaintiff of Baidu Online Network Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., as a network service provider, has the obligation of auditing and verifying the relevant qualifications of customers and providing objective, impartial and authoritative search results according to law, so it should compensate the plaintiff for losses and assume tort liability.
