On the evening of June 22, the Alipay Security Center responded that according to the information and platform risk system identification, Mr. Yu's account trading behavior was abnormal, which may involve illegal situations such as online gambling, telecommunications fraud, illegal investment and financial management or false transactions. In order to avoid losses caused by the use of criminals by the user account, in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, Alipay made certain restrictions on the Mr.'s account at the time. After Alipay customer service and Mr. Yu verified the risk, their accounts have already returned to normal use in May.

Alipay said that the system notification page at that time showed that Mr. Yu's Alipay account may involve illegal prohibited acts and was temporarily limited to partial use functions, and it was necessary to verify and deal with it. After Mr. Yu called Alipay customer service feedback issues, he uploaded relevant certification materials in accordance with the prompts, and the Alipay Security Center immediately contacted the relevant departments to eliminate relevant risks. On May 24th, the day when Mr. Yu submitted the materials, his account restrictions were lifted. Mr. Yu also confirmed in a follow -up interview with local media that the account has been used normally.
