Early exploration of automatic sewage discharge of land -based circular pools

Land -based circular pond fish farming is a new model developed in recent years. It can be made efficiently and provides more high -quality aquatic protein for the market. The breeding model has grown rapidly in Guangxi in the past two years, but the current farm is generally used by artificially extracting fish feces. This sewage discharge method has a high labor intensity, time -consuming and labor -intensive, high farming, and high farming costs. The phenomenon that cannot be inserted due to the water pressure is too large. If it is not unplugged for a long time at night, the quality of water may occur, affect the growth of fish, and even cause fish death. In order to improve the water quality of land -based circular pools, reduce the risk of breeding, and alleviate the high problem of sewage discharge costs of terrestrial circular ponds, the author conducted research and testing of automatic sewage discharge of land -based circular pools in 2021, made progress, and achieved automatic sewage discharge.

1. The purpose and principle of the automatic sewage discharge of land -based round fish farming

The purpose of automatic sewage is to better control water quality according to the needs of breeding, achieve stability of various indicators of water bodies, create a good living environment for fish, improve the survival rate of breeding, reduce the cost of breeding, and obtain better economic benefits.

The automatic sewage method of land -based circular pools is divided into automatic surface and automatic bottom row. The automatic noodle stool is concentrated through the water flow to the center of the round pond water surface. The stool is discharged from the automatic noodle drainage drain from the automatic noodle drainage. The circular nanoboxin pipe along the wall of the pool is given gas. When the air is rushed out of the wall of the ring nano -oxygen pipe, the water flows from the wall of the breeding pool to the center of the breeding pool. The stool is pushed towards the bottom of the bottom of the pot at the bottom of the round breeding pool. It can also push fish feces to the bottom of the bottom of the pot at the bottom of the cooker at the bottom of the pot, and then automatically control the bottom pollutant at the bottom of the pot at the bottom of the pot at the bottom of the pot.

2. Materials and methods

(1) Material

Test two pot bottom -shaped breeding round ponds consisting of galvanized plates, knife scrapes, double -port fish toilets (see Figure 1), and drainage pipes. The diameter of the round pond is 5m, and the vertical height of the pool is 1.5m. The water pipe uses a diameter of 160mm PVC water pipe and a diameter of 90mmpvc water pipes. The drainage water pipe uses a diameter of 160mmpvc water pipe and a diameter of 75mm PVC water pipe.

(2) Automatic surface row

The automatic noodles are pushed through the water flow to concentrate the fish feces floating in the water surface to the center of the water surface, and then discharge outside the round pond through the drainage hole of the duct. The automatic surface row system (see Figure 2) consists of a diameter of 160mm PVC noodle tube, double -port fish toilet, and a diameter of 160mm PVC bottom tube. One end of the 2m noodle tube is connected to the water inlet with the noodles of the double -port fish toilet, and the other end is exposed to the water surface of the breeding pool. A multi -strip drainage hole is opened vertically at 10cm downwards. The specifications of the holes are about 20cm × × width of about 0.6cm, and the hole distance is about 0.6cm. The drainage holes can pass smoothly through the feces of fish. The water outlet of the fish toilet is connected to the bottom tube, and the fish feces can be discharged directly to the sewage ditch.

(3) Automatic bottom row

The automatic bottom row uses a high -speed oxygers or the Ruz drum fan to the circular nanopodescence pipe along the bottom of the tank wall at the bottom of the tank. The water flow in the center of the breeding pond, while completing the oxygen body to increase the water, push the stool to the bottom of the bottom of the pot at the bottom of the pot, and then suck the fish feces to the outside of the pool through the automatic bottom discharge system. The automatic bottom discharge system (see Figure 3) is composed of double -port fish toilet, 75mm PVC bottom drain pipe, diameter 75mm PVC U -shaped siphon, 15mmpvc air pipe, 15mm PVC drainage control pipe, etc. One end of the 2.7m bottom tube is connected to the exit of the double -port fish toilet water outlet, and the other end is connected to the 75mm PVC three -way pipes. One end of the U -shaped siphon connects the middle entrance of the three -way pipe and the other end is the outlet. Connect a air -stop valve on the top of the U -shaped siphon, connect the air pipe on the other end of the air -stop valve, the other end of the air pipe connects the porous drainage volume control pipe, and the porous displacement control pipe is deeply penetrated into the water body of the farming pool. The opening of the porous drainage control pipe is 10cm, 15cm, 20cm, etc. in the highest breeding water level of the breeding pond.

The height of the U -shaped siphon is 1.3m, which is slightly lower than the highest breeding water level preset by the breeding pool. Use air pressure to achieve multi -mode displacement control. The automatic drainage time interval of the automatic bottom is controlled by the water inlet flow, which can automatically automatically discharge multiple time interval.

When the water level of the breeding pool reaches the preset the highest breeding water level, the water full tube in the U -shaped siphon can produce siphon and start the automatic bottom row. When the water level of the breeding pool drops to the open hole (planned drainage level) of porous drainage control pipes, the air enters the U -shaped siphon via the air pipe, and the siphon phenomenon stops, and the automatic bottom will end. When the water level of the breeding pool reaches the highest breeding water level, the automatic bottom discharge is restored, so that the automatic sewage discharge operation is completed in a loop.
