代 Western technology has been a worldview in modern times, and it is the setting of nature and even people. This fundamental technology has not been recognized and accepted by the Chinese. Of course, the pursuit of Westernization in China is not only technology, but also in cultural aspects.

The wave of globalization is also mercilessly swept China in it. But the role of China in globalization is definitely different from the West and the United States. China is undoubtedly not the initiative of globalization, but the passive. This passive process has not only completely eliminated the dream of the Central Empire, but also makes it that it is no longer possible to lock the country and be self -sufficient. This has prompted China to open to the world and become a member of the world's big family.

However, the globalization movement of the twentieth century is different from the emperor's colonial movements of the 19th century. At that time, the West opened the door of China with weapons and artillery fires, and now the West uses economic, cultural, and politics to allow China to enter the world order. Globalization brings a huge transformation to China. It wants to convert China from the natural kingdom to the technical kingdom.

But as the Eastern nation, as the Eastern nation, it is still not a nation like the West and the United States. When a non -technical nation enters globalization with other technical nations, it can only suffer a marginalization situation. This is the case in China.

China is in a contradiction between globalization as its own relationship with the West. Such a relationship between Sino -Western relations into a pre -modern and modern relationship is more specifically. It is a non -technical relationship with a non -technical society and a technological society that dies naturally.

The problem encountered here is that if China is modernized, it will inevitably western, which will lose the same nature of its nation. If China is not modernized, then it will be separated from the history of the world, which will also lose the same nature of its nation. In this regard, there are two completely different strategies about China in globalization. One is to go to the West, and the other is to return to tradition. The former requires non -Sinicization, and the latter requires sinization.

To the West is a unique voice since modern times. It is based on the reality of China's modern backward reality and the consciousness of traditional Chinese decline. Of course, the Westernization strategy is diverse. People first consider Westernization as technical, including industrial technology and its extreme form of military technology.

But the technology that China understands is just an appliance, it is extremely narrow in technology. Western technology has been a worldview in modern times, and it is the setting of nature and even people. This fundamental technology has not been recognized and accepted by the Chinese. Of course, the pursuit of Westernization in China is not only technology, but also in cultural aspects.

The May Fourth New Culture Movement is the spread of humanitarianism and liberalism in the West. This is fatal for the disintegration of traditional Confucian concepts. However, the enlightenment rationality since modern times has been ignored. It is the establishment of rationality that humanitarianism and liberalism have become possible, and it is also possible for the so -called democratic spirit and scientific spirit.
