First download and install the software, nothing wrong (● '◡' ●)

Find the software installation directory and copy it to the clipboard for later use. For example, mine is like this (C: Program Filessublime Text)

4. After opening, click the system variable:

6. Double -click to open, you will see the following pictures. Each person's system installation software is different, and the system variables will be different. You do not need to care about this part

7. On the right side of the figure above, click the newly built, and paste the copy of the copy of the dive Sublime installation directory:

8. Click OK, end all the windows, restart the Win terminal, then you can use the subl command to open the corresponding file:
